Virtually furnished photos

Every generated image carries the notice « Virtually furnished photo », and the original photo is attached to the share link. The furniture added is a furnishing suggestion: it is not part of the property and is not included in the sale or the rental.

Walls, floors and surfaces

By default the AI changes neither the walls, nor the floors, nor the openings. The « Renovate » mode changes them on purpose: in that case the listing must state that this is a projection of works and not the current state.

Your photos belong to you

You keep every right to the photos you import and to the images generated from them. We use them neither to train our models nor to illustrate our own material, unless you authorise it in writing.

Retention and deletion

Photos and their generated versions are kept as long as the project exists. Deleting a project erases the files from our servers within 30 days, backups included. A deleted share link stops being viewable immediately.

Credits and refunds

One credit is charged per room generated. If the generation fails — photo too dark, unusable framing, technical error — the credit is refunded automatically and the billing history says so.

Personal data

We process your name, your e-mail address and your billing details for the sole purpose of providing the service. People who open a share link create no account; only the name they type to vote is kept, and it is erased with the link.
