The application, its database, the photographs you upload and the images it generates are stored on servers located in the European Union. The image-generation step itself is performed by Google's Gemini API; see the privacy policy for what that involves.

Terms and privacy

Use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service, which cover in particular credits, subscriptions, refunds, the rights in the generated images and liability. The privacy policy describes what we do with personal data.

Intellectual property

The site, its visual identity, its software, its texts and its catalogues of styles are the property of the publisher or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without permission. The photographs uploaded by a customer, and the images generated from them, remain that customer's: the publisher acquires no right to exploit them and reuses them neither for its own communication nor to train a model.

Nature of the images produced

The visuals generated by Stagyo are representations of virtual furnishing produced by artificial intelligence. They do not show a property as it is at the time of sale or rental and constitute neither a description of the property nor a contractual document. Anyone publishing them must say so, and remains responsible for how they are used.

Reporting a problem

To report content that you believe infringes your rights, or a security issue, write to the contact address above with the address of the page concerned. We acknowledge such reports within five business days.
